Easter fun

The Nursery children definitely got into the Easter spirit during the last few days of half term. There was lots of baking, Easter egg decorating and a Stay and Play; no wonder we were all so tired when the clock struck 3.30 on the last day of term!

Thank you to all of the parents who joined us for the Stay and Play on the last Monday and Tuesday of term. I was thrilled to see so many parents there -  26 in total! I hope you enjoyed it. I will also be starting monthly Stay and Play sessions this month - a letter will be sent out with further details.

Amidst all of the Easter fun, the children have also been exploring the new maths area, set up by students from Gateshead SCITT. The work that the students have done is remarkable and we can't wait for sunnier days so that we can enjoy the area fully.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend. See you Monday!
